Location and Directions

We are located in the heart of historic downtown West Dundee. There is plenty of parking located in the back of the building, as well as a back entrance. To get there turn onto Second Street and make the first left into the lot. Once you park look for the double red awnings to the left of Sama Yoga. We're in Suite 102 on the main level across from Edward Jones. We have a small two person waiting area, and an ADA compliant bathroom outside the suite. There is an additional private bathroom in suite for clients. Tea and coffee are provided. We are located across the street from the delicious CRAFT Donuts and near many other local gems like Sama Yoga, Bleuroot and The BRIX.

Pricing

Initial Assessment: $150

50 minute session: $130 

Group Therapy: $30-50 depending on group length

Classes: Priced by event

Phone call check ins: 15 minutes free then fees apply 

Sliding Scale: I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots,

email for availability or to be added to the waiting list.

Insurance

I am currently in network with BCBS PPO plans and BCBS Blue Choice PPO plans. We can verify your individual coverage prior to beginning therapy. You may also submit out of network for potential reimbursement if desired.
