Healing happens in community. There is great power in being able to interact, share honestly and grow alongside of others. Being seen, and building relationship is how we learn to feel safe and connected in the world. Group therapy provides such an opportunity. There are many kind of groups that vary in goal and structure. You may engage in both individual and group therapy, or just one depending on your need.

Participants will learn and practice coping skills, process emotions through art and activities and build community with others!

Meditation Class

We'll learn how to cope with the emotional and physical aspects of being sick, build community, make art, engage in mindfulness, movement and healthy living skills.
